The goal of the Beach House is to serve the best food available in a comfortable homey environment. You know, the kind of food you might have at home IF you had the time, energy, and culinary creativity.  But then who’s going to clean up afterwards.  So I would suppose a more complete mental picture would be eating at home if the food was good!
